Does using a travel agency cost more than booking on my own?
Not necessarily. We have access to supplier relationships, exclusive rates, and package inclusions that aren't always available to the public. In many cases, our clients get more for the same budget — and the time they save is a value in itself. We're transparent about fees and will always show you what you're getting.
How far in advance should I reach out before my trip?
The earlier, the better — especially for complex itineraries, peak travel seasons, destination weddings, or group travel. That said, we're also experienced at putting together meaningful last-minute escapes. Reach out whenever you're ready, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Can I really customize every detail of my trip?
Yes. Customization isn't an add-on at Solt Co — it's the whole point. We don't sell preset packages. Every itinerary is built around your specific group, goals, and travel style. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust it until it does.
